1. Book a EPC Appointment
Book an Appointment: Arrange your preferred date and time for the assessment by either calling us, getting in touch via email or using our online form.
2. Inspection of Property
Inspection of Property: The domestic energy assessor will conduct a thorough assessment of the property, inspecting various aspects that contribute to its energy performance. The entire assessment will take approximately between 30-50 mins, depending on the size & nature of the property.
3. Generation of EPC Certificate
Generation of EPC Certificate: The EPC Certificate is typically issued to the property owner or landlord, and a copy may also be provided to potential buyers or tenants. The completed EPC will be lodged to the Government EPC Register.
N.B. EPC Certificates will only be generated upon receipt of payment.
